A sovereign dialogue

19h30. Prologue - The story begins with Mr. Olivier Krug, the history of this house, the transmission of a passion, the fruit of a perpetuated work... A convivial exchange over an aperitif tasting. The intrigue continues as large tables set up for the occasion welcome wine lovers and novices in search of oenological tales. Hear about the history of wine, the land and talented men with insider knowledge. Succumb to every sip, revealing the mysteries of nectars admirably served by a gourmet menu tailor-made by Mathieu Guibert and pastry chef Jérémie Bousseau. Epilogue - Sharing, exchanging, conviviality, sensory experiences, this captivating dialogue brings together the senses, emotions, people, wine and gastronomy in a masterpiece with an ephemeral scenario and an eternal memory.

Maison Krug

A man's dream

In 1843, the House was established by Joseph Krug, a non-conformist visionary driven by an uncompromising philosophy. His ambition was to produce the most exceptional Champagne every year, regardless of climatic variations. Joseph Krug realized his ambition by paying particular attention to the personality of the vineyard, respecting the uniqueness of each parcel and its wine, and blending a large collection of reserve wines from different years.

Based on a traditional approach to Champagne-making, he chose to go beyond the simple notion of Vintage to create, each year, the most generous expression of Champagne. He has thus founded a House where all Champagnes reach an equivalent level of distinction.

Since then, six generations of the Krug family have perpetuated this aspiration, enriching the vision and expertise of the House's founder.
