Working alongside Mr. GELLOT Steve, our head sommelier, you will be involved in serving and advising our customers on wines and beverages. Together with the team, you will manage the cellar, organize the various storage points and enrich our wine list.
You�ll be part of a dynamic, passionate team that maintains strong links with the winemakers through numerous visits and tastings in the vineyards.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Dynamic and caring, you'll be happy to advise and serve the wines on our attractive wine list thanks to your knowledge.
Your qualities include rigor and organization.
You have perfect presentation skills and a good level of English.
Receptionist (F/H)
Type of contract : CDI | Full time | Housing available at the beginning of the contract. Position available from February
To strengthen our Relais & Châteaux teams, we are looking for a full-time receptionist on a permanent contract.
As the customer's first point of contact, the Receptionist is the guarantor of a pleasant stay. He/she greets the customer, providing information on the conditions of the stay, formalities, prices, hotel amenities, products and any promotions. They ensure customer satisfaction, monitor arrivals and departures, and pass on useful information to other departments.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Excellent sense of welcome and service to build customer loyalty;
Excellent salesman to offer his hotel's services;
Organized, reliable, diplomatic to deal with any situation;
