Assistant head sommelier

Working alongside Mr. GELLOT Steve, our head sommelier, you will be involved in serving and advising our customers on wines and beverages. Together with the team, you will manage the cellar, tidy the various storage areas and enrich our wine list.
You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team that maintains strong links with the winegrowers through numerous visits and tastings in the vineyards.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Dynamic and caring, you are committed to advising and serving the bottles on our beautiful wine list with your knowledge.
Your qualities include rigour and organisation.
You have a perfect presentation and a good level of English.
Receptionist (F/H)
Type of contract : CDI | Full time | Housing available at the beginning of the contract. Position available from February
To strengthen our Relais & Châteaux team, we are looking for a full-time receptionist on a permanent contract.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the customer and is responsible for ensuring that the customer has a pleasant stay. He/she welcomes the guest, provides him/her with all the information on the conditions of the stay, the formalities, the prices, the hotel's amenities, the products and any promotions. He/she ensures customer satisfaction, monitors their arrival and departure and passes on useful information to other departments.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Excellent reception and service skills to build customer loyalty;
Excellent salesman to offer the services of his hotel;
Organised, reliable, diplomatic to deal with any situation;
Very good presentation, it is the image of the hotel that it represents;
Oral fluency in English is a plus to satisfy international customers
Knowledge of the "Véga" software and the Relais & Châteaux universe would be a plus
