The intrigue continues around large guest tables, a special configuration for the occasion, welcoming wine lovers and novices alike in search of wine experience and knowledge. Hear about the history of wine, the land and talented men with insider knowledge. Succumb to every sip, revealing the mysteries of nectars admirably served by a gourmet menu tailor-made by Mathieu Guibert and pastry chef Jérémie Bousseau. Epilogue - Sharing, exchanging, conviviality, sensory experiences, this captivating dialogue brings together the senses, emotions, people, wine and gastronomy in a masterpiece with an ephemeral scenario and an eternal memory.

Tessa Laroche
Domaine aux Moines is located in Savennières, in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1981 by her parents, it extends over some 12 hectares, planted mainly with Chenin Blanc. Tessa joined the family domaine in 2001 after studying oenology at the University of Reims.
Under her leadership, Domaine aux Moines has become one of the region's most renowned estates, producing top-quality organic wines. It is particularly renowned for its "Savennières-Roche aux Moines" cuvée, from the prestigious Roche aux Moines appellation. This wine elegantly expresses the unique terroir of schist and clay.
Tessa is also known for her respectful approach to nature and biodiversity in viticulture, working in harmony with the environment to produce authentic, expressive wines.
Richard Leroy Estate
Richard Leroy
Richard Leroy is a passionate and renowned winemaker based in Rablay-sur-Layon, in the Anjou region of the Loire. He is considered one of the region's most talented winemakers.
It produces wines of great purity and exceptional quality. Its flagship cuvées include "Les Noëls de Montbenault" and "Clos des Rouliers", both made from Chenin Blanc grown on schist soils.
A fervent advocate of organic viticulture, Richard Leroy uses environmentally-friendly techniques to promote optimal biodiversity in his vineyards. His perfectionist approach and deep respect for terroir are reflected in every bottle he produces.
Now a leading figure in natural wine, he continues to inspire with his authentic approach and commitment to creating wines that tell the story of their terroir.
