- Upon arrival, we offer you hand disinfection wipes;
- Dispensers of hydro-alcoholic gel are available at various places in the house and also at your table;
- New reception points have been put in place to improve traffic flow and allow you to be separated from your health care providers;
- At your table, we offer you the possibility to read the different menus of the restaurant on your mobile phone using a QR code ;
- We invite you to make the payment directly at your table, with a disinfected machine in front of you, or to pay by bank transfer;
- The reservation slots have been modified so that you don't have to wait for your arrival;
- We put masks at your disposal at the reception, to be able to circulate in the common areas;
- Your locker rooms are insulated to avoid contact between different clothes;
- The air in the rooms is purified by the patented NatéoSanté system;

At the hotel

- A complete kit including 2 masks and hydro-alcoholic gel is at your disposal in your room;
- We make a real "appointment" with you to proceed with the check-in without making you wait;
- New reception points have been put in place to improve traffic flow and allow you to stay away from the sanitary facilities;
- Our breakfast offer has been rethought and requires you to order the day before your different desires;
- The paper newspapers have been removed, a new press offer is now available online;
- Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available at various locations around the house;
- The air in your room is purified by the patented NatéoSanté system;

Our employees

- Our employees will wear masks everywhere and under all circumstances;
- Our cooks will wear single-use masks that are changed regularly;
- All our staff has followed a specific training on "good practices for Covid-19".
